Mark C. Reilly, MD, is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon at Rutgers North Jersey Orthopaedic Institute (NJOI), and a clinical professor for Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS). In addition to his positions with the practice and school, he is also Chief of the Orthopaedic Trauma Service at University Hospital in Newark, NJ and an attending physician at Overlook Medical Center and Newark Beth Israel Hospital.

Along with numerous publications on various orthopaedic topics and faithful service on several institutional, national and international committees, Dr. Reilly has received awards and honors including:

  • Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society

Dr. Reilly's professional affiliations include the Orthopaedic Trauma Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Reilly completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal trauma, pelvis, acetabulum and hip reconstruction at the University of Southern California and Hospital of the Good Samaritan. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, during which time he was also Chief Resident for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. His medical degree was received from The Chicago Medical School/Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, and his bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Pomona College.
